(see Contacts page for details). RGG Associates have the flexibility and experience to design personalised training packages to meet your CIAG organisational development needs. One of our directors will be pleased to discuss your professional development requirements and design a programme to meet your needs.

Our online delivery using the Microsoft Teams platform consists of a series of 2-hour group discussions focussing on themes and specific units from the qualifications. You are asked to prepare for these workshops by watching pre-recorded video ‘snippets’, reading resource materials which are emailed to you before the workshop and you may be asked to complete some preparatory activities, such as comment on case studies, which will be used for discussion. During the workshops your tutor will also explain what evidence, including written assignments, you will need to complete the unit.

You will have regular individual tutorials/coaching sessions using the Microsoft Teams platform. During these sessions your tutor will discuss feedback from your assignments and record professional discussion relating to assessment criteria from specific units.
