This qualification is designed for Careers Leaders who hold, or are moving into, strategic responsibility for careers provision in their organisation. It is particularly relevant for school and college staff who carry the Careers Leader role under the statutory guidance for careers in England. If your role involves planning, managing, and developing your organisation's careers programme, this qualification gives you the professional framework to do that work effectively.

How the Qualification Is Delivered

Sessions are delivered live online via Microsoft Teams in small cohorts. The qualification is led by qualified assessors with direct experience of careers provision in education settings. Learners are supported throughout with bespoke materials and consistent assessor contact. You can participate from anywhere in England and Wales. No travel is required.

Funding and Eligibility

Funding through the Careers and Enterprise Company is available for eligible Careers Leaders studying this qualification. Funding availability changes across the academic year and is subject to the CEC's allocation cycle.
