Who Is This Qualification For?

This qualification is designed for a range of professionals in education, employment support, and related sectors. This includes college careers staff, college school liaison teams, employment advisers, training provider staff, and others who regularly provide career information and advice but do not hold a formal qualification in the area. If you are starting out in careers work or looking to formalise the skills you have built through experience, this qualification provides a solid professional foundation.

What You Will Cover?

The Level 4 Diploma covers the core competencies for delivering career information and advice, including career development theory, how to support individuals in exploring their options, and the professional and ethical standards that underpin guidance practice.

How the Qualification Is Delivered

Delivered live online via Microsoft Teams in small cohorts of no more than 15 learners, with full assessor support throughout. Our assessors are qualified careers professionals with current sector experience. Sessions are interactive and designed to fit alongside full-time employment
