Who Is This Qualification For?

This qualification is for people who are working within quality assurance in their organisation or assessment centre. If your role involves, assuring the quality of assessment decisions, this is the qualification for you.

What the Qualification Covers

The qualifications are made up of a combination of units according to IQA job roles. There is a knowledge unit which can be taken whether trainee IQAs are performing the job role or not, and then one or two performance units depending upon the specific requirements of their job role. Completing the Level 4 IQA qualification opens progression routes into management qualifications, Lead IQA AND Centre coordinator

How the Qualification Is Delivered

Learner quality assurance assessors can be supported individually or in small groups at their workplace. For individual learners, our qualified assessors use a coaching approach to develop the knowledge and understanding required. For groups, formal training sessions can be facilitated. Online tutorials via Microsoft Teams are also available.
Sessions are booked to suit you at your place of work, minimising disruption to your working schedule.

Centre Support

RGG Associates manages all administration with OCR on your behalf. We explore funding opportunities with individuals and organisations, and all coaching appointments and training are arranged around your availability.

Progression

Completing the Level 4 IQA qualification opens progression routes into management qualifications, including the Level 5 Diploma in Management. If you are thinking about your longer-term professional development, we are happy to discuss what the options look like from here.
