Who CPD Workshops Are For
Our CPD sessions are designed for careers professionals in schools, colleges, universities, training providers, and local authorities who want targeted, practical development without committing to a full qualification. They are also suitable for careers-adjacent professionals who want to develop knowledge in a specific area, and for organisations looking to provide structured professional development for a team.
What We Cover
Our CPD topics are shaped by what is current and relevant to careers professionals. Recent sessions have included a three-hour live online workshop on using AI in careers work (reflecting the growing importance of AI literacy in the profession), changes in Ofsted standards, and strategies to deliver effective careers advice to SEND students. Future sessions will continue to draw on current sector practice, CDI guidance, and the real questions our learners bring to us.
CPD for Organisations
If you are looking for structured CPD for a team rather than individual session bookings, we can discuss a bespoke approach. We have experience designing professional development programmes that align with organisational goals and career provision frameworks. See our Bespoke Training page for more detail, or contact us to discuss your requirements directly.
How CPD Sessions Are Delivered
All CPD workshops are delivered live online via Microsoft Teams. Sessions are typically three hours in length, interactive, and limited to small numbers to support genuine professional discussion. There is no travel required.
