The standards for this qualification align will that of the MATRIX standards.
The RGG Associates Tutor/Assessor will work online with learners in small groups using Microsoft Teams. The online programme of formal training sessions and tutorials through Teams are facilitated with a qualified assessor who has experience as a careers practitioner and assessor.
Ideally all learners would be observed in the workplace interviewing a client with both written and verbal feedback provided to the learner by the assessor. However, due to COVID-19 restrictions all learners’ career guidance interventions are being video or audio recorded and assessed as evidence of competence.
