Claire Grimwood | Founder and Director
Claire has over 25 years as an experienced careers professional, trainer, assessor and verifier.
Claire has developed many training programmes including Level 3 & 4 generic IAG, Management at level 5 and 7 and Level 4& 6 Careers diplomas. Claire has qualifications in Advice and Guidance, Careers, Leadership & Management and Training and Development. Claire is the RGG Associates centre coordinator for the OCR and NOCN assessment centre.

Sam Homewood | Associate Assessor
Sam has over 20 years experience within the Career development sector as a Practitioner, Assessor and Trainer. As an experienced trainer, assessor and IQA, Sam has created and delivered courses for careers related training and assessment from Level 2 to 6. Sam has supported learners from a variety of providers including: Schools, Colleges, Universities, Prisons, National Careers Service, Freelance practitioners, Businesses, Voluntary and Community organisations.
More recently Sam has focused on the development, delivery and assessment of the CEC funded L6 Certificate in Careers Leadership for RGG Associates. Prior to working in this sector, Sam developed her business and commercial awareness working with Boots the Chemist PLC, in UK and international marketing/ brand development roles.
Helga Cline | Associate Assessor
Helga has experience of working within the recruitment and training sectors with a strong background in coaching and competency-based development.
Since 2009 she has worked in the field of careers guidance with experience of both the adult support and education sectors and holds a Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance and Development. Her particular area of expertise is the use and understanding of labour market information & intelligence and networks and she is part of the steering group for WiME (Humber). Helga delivers training for the Level 4 and 6 diplomas an helps learners to complete their professional qualifications .Helga is an Assessor and an IQA.
Elizabeth Frimpong | Associate Assessor
Elizabeth Frimpong is a registered professional with over 16 years working as a Level 7 QCG (PGDip) Careers Guidance Adviser and is also an accomplished Careers Leader and Consultant. Elizabeth recently trained as an Assessor with RGG Associates and currently works with Sam assessing the Level 6 Certificate in Careers Leadership.
In her role as Higher Education Careers Adviser at one of the largest further education colleges in London, she offers impartial careers guidance, as well as creating careers enrichment programmes to widen participation from underrepresented groups.
Wendy Kerley | Associate Assessor
Wendy is a qualified careers adviser and Registered Member of the Career Development Institute, with extensive experience supporting young people in personal guidance appointments across schools in Yorkshire and previously for Connexions.
Having qualified as an assessor and internal quality assurer with RGG Associates, Wendy provides assessment support to our learners with an understanding of the realities of practice. She has a particular interest in helping learners develop effective guidance interview skills, one of the most practical and high-stakes areas of careers professional training.
