Careers Guidance Training Is Our Speciality

Most training providers cover a wide range of subjects, but we don’t. We work exclusively in careers qualifications and professional development. Our assessors are practicing careers professionals. Our materials are written specifically for this sector. Our understanding of what careers practitioners face in their day-to-day work is current, because we are still part of that world.

Experience Built Over Two Decades

When we started in 2004, statutory careers provision in schools was limited. We have worked through policy changes, curriculum shifts, and the growing recognition of careers guidance as a distinct profession. That history gives us a depth of sector knowledge that takes decades to build.
We have seen what good careers training looks like and what it does not. Our programmes reflect that experience.

How We Work

We deliver all our qualifications live and online using Microsoft Teams, in small cohorts of no more than 15 learners. Our programmes are bespoke to each cohort and each learner. We do not deliver anonymous online modules that learners work through alone. Our sessions are live, interactive, and led by assessors who understand the subject matter from professional experience. Most of our learners are working full-time and managing other commitments alongside their studies, so our programmes are designed with that reality in mind.
